The fence surrounding a residence represents a major investment in the home. Same Day Fence is among the top fence companies serving the Metro Atlanta area, with a reputation built over many years of going above and beyond to provide the best workmanship and customer service in the industry. In addition, we offer much more than the standard warranty offered by the industry, as follows:

Manufacturers’ Warranties: Same Day Fence will administer and honor all manufacturers’ warranties for the materials used in building your fence.

Our Workmanship: Same Day Fence will rectify any issues involving workmanship for as long as the customer we have on record owns the fence if we’re notified of the problem within 6 years from the date we completed installation.

Wood: Factories supplying pressure treated pine and/or other treated wood components offer a limited lifetime warranty that covers damage caused by rot, decay and/or insects only.

Coverage for Replacement Pickets: On occasion, a fence may need replacing for reasons other than faulty workmanship or defective materials. The issues involved may involve but are not limited to acts of nature, accidental damage, cracking, warpage, etc. If a customer wants to replace defective pickets for any such reason, we will replace up to 20 % of all the pickets we originally installed, within Six years of the installation date if brought into our facility within that timeframe. We will do our best to match the boards to the original material, based on the supply currently available.

Metal and PVC: All manufacturers’ warranties will be administered and honored by Same Day Fence as long as the manufacturers are in business when the claim is made.

Chain Link: We will extend the limited manufacturers’ warranties to provide full coverage for 25 years, utilizing the pro-rated formula provided by the manufacturers’ warranty.

Gates: We are happy to come out and adjust gates within 90 days of installation, free of charge as long as we don’t find evidence of abuse.
